Of the "Texas Eleven" ("Los Once de Tejas") senators who went to Albuquerque in 2003 to break the Senate quorum -- seven were Hispanic Texans, and their heroic stand in defense of their fellow Tejanos brings to mind the challenge of the great hero of the Mexican Revolution, Gen.
